The 11th Annual Art and Heritage Fair
Join us this Saturday, October 5 at the 11th Annual Art and Heritage Fair presented by the Portland Museum. Art, food, and family fun can be had by all! The Plus Bus will be in attendance. Come on down, see some art, get a massage, an acupressure treatment or just some of our samples.

3rd Annual Black Men's Wellness Day
We will be one of many vendors at the 3rd Annual Black Men's Wellness Day, a dynamic 5K Walk & Run event on Saturday, August 24, 2024, in Louisville.
Hosted by the African American Male Wellness Agency, this pivotal event provides free health screenings for blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, HIV, STD/STI, and prostate cancer, emphasizing the importance of prevention and annual check-ups.
The event not only promotes wellness but also promises a day of fun and community. Expect local vendors, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities, all free of charge.
Martin & Muir and Tip It Forward Launch
Martin & Muir Counseling, in partnership with Tip It Forward, is pleased to announce a community initiative offering three free therapy sessions and three massage therapy sessions to West Louisville residents. This opportunity is available for adults aged 18 to 35 in the Shawnee, Russell, California, Chickasaw, and Parkhill neighborhoods.
The event will also feature a panel discussion, providing valuable insights into mental health and well-being. Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Information for registration will be available.

The MindFEST mission is to break stigmas surrounding mental health, connect families with mental health services, and create a fun, family oriented, learning environment that promotes mental health.

Participantswill learn ways to identify and connect feelings, thoughts and somatic responses and develop tools to help manage stress, anxiety, depression and more.
