Honoring the work. Carrying it forward.

View our Impact Report
From the beginning, Tip It Forward was built on a simple conviction: compassionate care changes lives, and that change multiplies. We have seen it. On therapy tables, in classrooms, and in community spaces, one person exhaling, then another, then a whole circle remembering what it feels like to be supported.
After several meaningful years serving our community, Tip It Forward (TIF) will be concluding operations effective December 31st, 2025. This decision comes with gratitude for what has been created and with trust in where the work goes next.
Over the past eleven years, because of your support:
• Thousands received free and low-cost massage therapy and integrative wellness services
• Nurses, social workers, therapists, and community leaders were trained in trauma-informed, whole-person care
• Partnerships across Louisville helped make wellness more accessible and community centered
• A model of care was built that bridged clinical and community spaces, proving healing belongs everywhere.
Tip It Forward was always more than a single organization. It is a way of showing up. If you received care here, if you learned here, if you supported this work—you carry it now. Take it into your families, your clinics, your classrooms, your teams, your block. Keep choosing practices that center dignity, presence, and healing. That is how this story continues.
Thank you to every donor, practitioner, volunteer, and partner who believed in this vision. Your generosity became care. Your care became capacity. And that capacity now lives in the people and practices continuing the work across our city.

Our How
EDUCATE Providers
We train integrative medicine providers in trauma-informed, whole health methods to scale our reach and impact on healing and health equity. Through several different types of training, this is one of many steps in furthering whole healthcare, but also an opportunity to reduce bias within the current healthcare system.
Mobile Wellness Clinics
We meet people where they are by using a mobile wellness clinic focused on wellbeing, pain reduction, and mental health support. The wellness bus is designed to increase access to care via on-location mobile clinics in communities experiencing a disproportionate prevalence of preventable disease in Kentucky.
Whole Health EducatioN
We provide holistic care kits, instructional videos, live Zoom seminars, and in-person educational opportunities that can be customized to meet the needs of each audience.
“I've never encountered a program like Tip It Forward. If it wasn't for this program, I couldn't have received the wonderful care that I have received. It's that simple. I am very grateful for it.”
